On Wednesday 25th October, 5pm-9pm on Bromley High Street, there will be a ‘Winter Lights Spectacular’ event.

The event is taking shape nicely and will mostly be offering interactive light installations and games along with walkabout performers as well as food, drink and live music offers. There will not be stalls from traders or businesses, nor a performance stage this time, but in the library we will have a Start Up Bromley Marketplace on the ground floor and first floor, and other exciting events taking place in the library.

If you would like to take part in the Start Up Bromley Marketplace which will be part of the ‘Winter Lights Spectacular’ event on Wednesday 25^th October from 5pm to 9pm (4pm set up time), please let me know by Thursday 19^th October.

To take part all you need to tell me is:

1. 1)      Name of your business
2. 2)      Limited company or sole trader (y/n)
3. 3)      Industry
4. 4)      What items will you be selling on the day/promoting on the day
5. 5)      What marketing materials will you be bringing?
6. 6)      Will you need an electricity?
7. 7)      How will you receive payments
8. 8)      Are you able to arrive at 4pm for set up.

Stalls will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, where we hope there will be a diverse group of industries represented.
